Shipping Information

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Once packed, your order is dispatched through our delivery partners.

Orders are usually delivered within 7-14  business days, depending on your location and the courier partner’s serviceability.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email.

Yes. You may add delivery instructions at checkout. Eatmate is not responsible for loss or damage to orders left unattended as per customer request.

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear images. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.

Do your products contain preservatives?

Eatmate focuses on offering high-quality products with minimal or no added preservatives. Product-specific details are mentioned on the packaging.

Do not consume the product. Please contact Eatmate support with images and order details for assistance.

We recommend consuming products before the best-before date for optimal quality and safety.

Yes. Freezing can extend shelf life if products are stored in airtight, moisture-proof containers.

Once opened, products are best consumed within a few weeks if stored properly in airtight containers.

Original packaging is suitable if it can be resealed properly. Otherwise, transfer to an airtight container.
