Refund and Returns Policy

At Eatmate, we strive to deliver high-quality dry fruits, seeds, spices, and mouth fresheners. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict Return & Refund Policy as outlined below.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.


1. No Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, Eatmate does not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

We cannot resell returned food items, and therefore physical returns are not permitted.


2. Eligible Cases for Refund

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in the order
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Packaging leakage or spillage
  • Product found spoiled upon delivery
  • Verified quality issue

All claims are subject to verification.


3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear images or unboxing video evidence must be provided.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable).

Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.


4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on bank or payment gateway policies.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Delay in delivery due to courier, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Order cancelled after it has been packed or dispatched
  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance
  • Personal taste preference

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Orders cancelled after preparation or packing has begun are not eligible for refund.

7. Promotional Orders

Orders placed using:

  • Coupon codes
  • Special discounts
  • Limited-time promotional offers

may have different refund conditions, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.


8. Abuse of Policy

Eatmate reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of:

  • Repeated refund claims
  • Suspicious activity
  • Policy misuse
  • Fraudulent claims
